our delivery policy
We currently currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales, the EU, the US and Canada. If you are outside of these locations and are interested in our tea, please get in touch at email@example.com.
If you are in the United Kingdom, delivery is either standard or 24 hour tracked delivery from time of fulfilment. For the EU, US and Canada we offer tracked delivery.
If you place your order by 12pm on a working day, we'll get your order out that day. For orders after this time they'll be sent out on the next working day.
Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during checkout. We may add a minor cost for packaging.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will be in touch.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We are unable to refund our postage costs as we have had to incur this cost sending your order out.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 110-114 Grafton Road, London, NW5 4BA.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 110-114 Grafton Road, London, NW5 4BA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
